John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lillington is currently seeking a full-time Sales Business Development Representative (Customer Service Representative) to join our winning team. This position will take care of our Sales customers and is within our Business Development Center (BDC) department. We are a family owned and operated business and provide an excellent work environment! This pays hourly plus commission with potential to over $50,000 a year!

You don't have to have experience in anything other than being comfortable talking to people- our team will train!
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
You will answer incoming phone calls, emails and inbound internet leads in a friendly and helpful manner. Our Sales BDR receives, processes and coordinates all incoming sales inquiries and reaches out to potential customers through outbound calls. Communication is a HUGE part of this role.

- Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/used cars sales presentations and assist them in vehicle selection based on their needs
- Schedule incoming sales appointment queries (either by phone, email or chat) by scheduling appointments, confirming pending appointments, following up with missed appointments and finding the answer for any of their questions
- Respond to all incoming online email leads and phone leads in a professional, well-spoken and timely manner
- Generate and schedule appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers
- Complete phone calls as assigned by the BDC Manager
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
- Reach out to and follow up with prospective customers
- Ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate, accurate notes are typed into the Customer Relationship Management software
- Deliver inquiries and messages intended for other personnel and departments promptly
- Communicate effectively with sales personnel in order to assist customers interested in selling or trading a vehicle
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly goals and objectives set by management
- Cross-training for internet lead and incoming/outgoing telephone sales prospecting roles
- Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Team-oriented and positive attitude with high energy personality
- Strong writing skills to write business correspondence
- Strong time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and attitude required, and must be reliable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Docs and Sheets
- Must have a valid U.S driver’s license and clean driving record
