Full description of the position

Progressive Realty Partners is seeking an energetic and outgoing call center agent to manage inbound and outbound customer relations with the goal of converting leads to sales. This position will deal with customers through multiple channels, including, but not limited to phone calls, online messaging/chat and emails. Sales skills, speaking skills and writing skills are a must. Additionally, the ability to configure reports in Excel will be necessary.

The ideal candidate is organized and is able to effectively work on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude. This position requires the ability to work independently and in a team environment. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with the Marketing team and Operations team.

This position will work closely with another call center agent in our corporate office. The sales team will have monthly goals they are expected to meet for each individual property.

Daily responsibilities are focused on generating sales by converting new and existing leads within our system. These tasks include:

  • Answering all inbound calls
  • Responding to new emails/internet leads in a timely manner
  • Returning missed calls
  • Following up with open leads
  • Generating reports to complete the above assignments
  • Other job-related duties that may not be mentioned above. Tasks are subject to change over time as required by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year work experience in a sales environment
  • Bilingual Preferred: English & Spanish
  • Professional and articulate phone and writing skills
  • Organization, prioritization and multitasking capabilities
  • Beginner Excel skills recommended
  • Responsible, accountable and dependable
