Job Description:

Established, Authorized Independent Dealer of home improvement products in America. We continue to grow and we are in need of a top-notch sales coordinator/assistant. We are looking for a true professional who wants to work in a positive, upbeat company.

Our customers are contacting us after they've heard about our residential water treatment products on talk radio, through the nation’s largest home improvement retailer, TV, through the national dealer website, finding our website online, seeing our service trucks throughout East TN, yard signs, and getting referred from our large customer base and local builders, plumbers, and realtors and a number of other marketing strategies.

The leads we get are warm leads with a real interest in our products. We don't do cold calling. It will be your job to call, qualify, and set appointments for our sales professionals.

Daily tasks
Reviewing newly received leads and our existing lead base
Outbound calls to leads
Email responses to leads
Receive calls from phone-in leads
Appointment setting
Calendar management and contact data entry in our Customer Relationship
Review scheduled appointment assignments with Sales Manager
Coordinate scheduling with multiple sales people
Assist in problem solving and resolution of scheduling problems
Dispatch appointment paperwork to salespeople
Follow up with salespeople and paperwork after appointments have been run
Daily sales team conference call
Maintain accuracy of contact records and update as needed
Generate weekly sales reports

Required Skills

Proficient use of Outlook, Word, Excel
Learn quickly
Extremely organized person who has the ability to talk on the phone, type on the computer, and answer a question from a co-worker all at the same time

Good communicator
Experience and familiarity with eastern Tennessee area
At least 1 year of general clerical experience, telemarketing, and/or experience in a sales support role
Pre-employment drug testing, criminal background check, employment verification, and social security verification
