The activities that you will be doing are:
- Exemplify the Company's core values and demonstrate a strong sense of commitment to customers as an integral part of our team.
- Answering customer questions regarding routes and schedules by telephone and in person at the office,
- Receives customer inquiries and complaints in order to resolve them promptly and effectively.
- Assists in the processing of new business, including contacting customers to finalize sales and transactions.
- Presents and explains policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs, maintaining knowledge of new products and initiatives.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude when working under pressure and to deadlines
- Be courteous, and always greet and thank all customers while making eye contact.
