Inside Sales/Estimating

Rapidly growing steel manufacturing facility is seeking an inside sales and estimator to join our team. We offer competitive pay and benefits. DOE

Position responsibilities:

- Understand the needs and expectations of customer and provide relevant solutions

- Prepare bids and quotes per customer specifications

- Meet and communicate with walk-in customers

- Servicing the needs of existing customers

- Accurately calculate the total costs associated with a fabrication project or the development of a new product

- Keeping up to date with company products, services and competitors

- Report to senior management

experience in the steel or petroleum industry a plus. Experience in steel fab shop preferred.

Inside sales experience/estimating preferred

Must be self-motivated, clean and punctual

Must have excellent sales and negotiation skills

Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Good business sense

Excellent communication and people skills

Ability to work calmly under pressure
