Weddle and Sons is looking for a construction sales associate to join our team. This is a full-time salaried position with competitive benefits. Weddle and Sons is a roofing and exteriors company as well as authorized installer of Tesla Solar Roof. Among other duties, this position will:

-develop leads

-timely respond to leads

-demonstrate accuracy and good judgement in meeting with clients

-access needs, measure, and plan

-develop relationships

-inspect property

-estimate jobs

-close sales contracts

-address warranty concerns

-dependable, trustworthy, detail-oriented

-knowledge and respect for safety guidelines and building codes

-willingness to accurately document project progress and update client records

-willingness to provide excellent customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
