Job Details

Description

  • Design, recommend and implement a sales plan that will maximize the volume and margin created in the region.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships that will contribute to the achievement of the sales plan.
  • Merchandize pricing situations to achieve maximum margin.
  • Ensure that orders for material with special characteristics are ordered, confirmed and manufactured correctly
without fail.
  • Ensure finished good inventory for customers in the territory is adequate but not excessive.
  • Function as a team with your inside salespeople to achieve mutual goals.
  • Prompt communication of commercial information to the sales management and the sales team.
  • Manage assigned agents to achieve from them the same performance expected in the above responsibilities.
