We are seeking qualified individuals to serve members in the Brainerd, MN area. While this job is remote, in that you will work out of your home and service the local communities, thus it does require local residence within the area. What we ask of you:

• Work with members and prospective members to build lifelong relationships to serve their financial needs
• Work with your support team, led by an experienced Team Lead and Regional Manager to achieve specific activity and production goals within an assigned territory.
• Generate new leads by networking within the Catholic community, utilizing resources offered by Catholic United Financial, your personal network and managing professional social media account(s).
• Collaborate with the Member Engagement Department to support events benefiting Catholic communities, schools, and programs.

What you need to bring to the table:

• Three or more years of sales/insurance experience in a commissions-based compensation program
• Demonstrated history of self-motivation, driven to learn and driven for success
• Experience as a team player
• Experience in self-promotion and marketing to grow your business
• Experience in public speaking, presentations as well as one on one interactions
• An interest in Financial Planning and Insurance Planning
• Involvement in your community
