The sales associate position involves greeting customers, responding to questions, improving customer engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service, as well as the ability to quickly and accurately stock merchandise. If you're working at a dollar store and are tired of being treated worse than those boxes you throw every week then you'll find us a refreshing change. Candidate must possess superior math skills, be able to read a tape measure, and measure accurately. In-depth knowledge of at least one of our core departments (plumbing, electrical, builders hardware, glass cutting, lawn and garden, paint, welding, power tools, and power tool accessories will heavily influence our hiring decision. Candidate must be able to lift 20 lbs and carry it 50 feet and gently set it down.
