We are seeking a detailed oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our sales team. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Sales Support Manager and Sales Manager(s) to better respond to our customers' inquiries and requests.

This is an entry - mid level position with opportunity for growth. The sales support coordinator will work closely with their supervisor to process orders, manage inventory & spend, follow up on accounts receivables and process routines reports. Majority will be done in an office environment. The ideal candidate has 0 ~ 3 years experience in sales related roles.

Roles and responsibility

- Support the Sales Manager(s) in processing and following up with customer orders

- Monitor key account vendors for order deliveries, invoicing and advanced shipping notices

- Monitor/Maintain sufficient inventory levels

- Support data entry into internal software

- Process routine reporting of sales & customer information

- Monitor & collect payments from customers and accurately record into accounting & internal software

- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Characteristics

- 0 ~3 years of Sales Support experience preferred

- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- Experience in QuickBooks program is preferred

- Bilingual skill in Korean & English in written and verbal is required

- Must be legally eligible to work in the US

- Detailed oriented, consumer focused mind-set, good communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, and coordinate schedule

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
