Master the world of product and sales in a newly renovated Resort.

Sell products that bring the Resort experience to life! Perfect your customer service skills as we teach you lessons about sales, product rotation, and customer communication. You will get the opportunity to help guests take their vacation home through uniquely crafted products and interactive experiences.

Responsibilities

· Provide prompt, friendly, and professional customer service to our guests.

• Evaluate product placement to maximize exposure and sales.
• Learn all aspects of our POS and inventory systems as well as our PMS (Maestro).
• Give guests a positive experience with merchandise
• Interact with guests in a positive and friendly manner during all shifts.
• Receive TOSHA certification in order to handle biohazards in compliance with proper training.
• Create positive interaction with guests through interactive merchandise experiences
• Organize rotation of seasonal products.
• Provide accurate assistance to customer concerns and questions.

Schedule

Merchandise Salesmen work 8-hour day and evening shifts. Holidays and weekends are the most exciting and upbeat times, which means all team members work together during those times to keep the Merchandise schedule running efficiently! Overtime is a possibility, based on demand. The position is full time and year-round.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience/strong interest in sales
• Friendly, positive, and patient
• Outgoing and comfortable with participating in hands on guest experience
