Position Summary -

The Inside Sales Associate is a key touchpoint between our customers and our internal team, serving a critical role in our passion for being excellent to work with as part of our vision to be a force for good in the world.

The Inside Sales Associate serves as the main point of contact at our headquarters for customers and sales reps worldwide. The Inside Sales Associate will receive and process incoming orders, operating and maintaining CRM (customer relationship management) systems and customer data to build relationships with both customers and the Symetrix global sales team.

This role influences and supports sales activities by furthering leads through the pipeline to foster sales and revenue growth, managing and transferring technical pre-sales questions to Symetrix Technical Support and always operating with professionalism, excellent time management and customer service.

Dependability, reliability and responsibility are critical in this role.

Responsibilities

· Process orders via email or phone

· Communicate with clients to obtain missing information or answer questions

· Liaise with the Logistics and Accounting departments to ensure timely deliveries

· Maintain and update customer records and documentation

· Prepare shipping documents for export goods

· Prepare reports and provide data to sales reps

· Provide first line sales support for customers including product availability, returns, or help with shipments

Requirements

· Business administration degree, marketing degree, or similar

· Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel & Word

· CRM/ ERP experience preferred

· Logistics or export experience a plus

· Process and detail-oriented, adept at documenting and following processes

· Ability to oversee and manage complex information

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize with advanced organization skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to manage customer facing phone and email queue

· Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service

· Positive attitude and enthusiasm

· Ability to manage small to medium projects

· Excellent communication skills/English

· Team player with high level of dedication

· Proven excellence in dependability, reliability and responsibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
