About the Position
The Sales Representative builds and maintains relationships with current and prospective customers and helps develop plans to increase sales and profitability for assigned accounts/geographic areas.
Position: Sales Representative
Location: Long Beach, CA
Compensation:
$100,000-$120,000 per year base salary plus commission (based of previous experience)

Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain new business relationships
· Prospect to new potential clients through networking, cold calling, marketing, attending industry events, educational sessions, and lunch and learns
· Plan customer visits to cultivate relationships, perform presentations
· Develops and implement plans for managing existing and newly acquired accounts
· Attend industry functions
· Participate in association related functions
· Identify new opportunities, potential clients, and new markets
· Maintain current client base to increase revenue and exceed sales goal annually.
· Maintain a database of client contacts and activities daily.
Requirements
· 3-5 years experience in service construction industry sales, establishing and maintaining customer relations
· Ability to interact with all levels of customer organization, up to executive offices.
· Proficient in networking, prospecting, cold calling, forecasting sales, territory management, and closing the sale.
· Must be able to travel frequently to visit customers
