Florida based Property Management Company with 13,000+ apartment homes statewide seeks an experienced and highly motivated Leasing Specialist to join our team. Minimum Required Qualifications (do not apply if you do not meet these minimum qualifications)

•EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED required. (Vocational or college credentials a plus) Computer literate a plus.

•EXPERIENCE – 3+ years experience in apartment leasing, hospitality industry or sales required.

•COMMUNICATION – Ability to speak, read and write English. (Bilingual English/Spanish spoken is a must) Tax Credit experience a plus.

•ORGANIZATION – Ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete assignments in a timely manner required.

•SCHEDULE – Dedication to arriving on or before agreed upon start time required.

•SCREENING – Criminal background check required.

•TRANSPORTATION – Dependable transportation to and from work required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
