Position Overview

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for sales. In this role, you will advise clients on their personal lines of insurance coverage through the outbound calling of leads, networking, prospecting, and partnering with Plymouth Rock's Territory Marketing Rep on business development initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Compensation consists of a base salary, and a monthly bonuses based on production. You will be an employee of our semi-captive partner agent not an employee of Plymouth Rock Assurance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively quote and bind personal lines of insurance coverage using consultative selling techniques
• Review and discuss insurance coverages tailored to each client’s needs
• Participate in incentive programs and contests designed to drive sales and exceed production goals
• Conduct prospecting opportunities by attending networking events, community outreach, etc.
• Monitor leads, sales, and their sources
• Complete and process all documentation for new clients

Requirements

• Property & Casualty Insurance License (will train sales reps)
• Prior related experience
• Computer proficiency and telephone skills with making outbound calls
• Strong interpersonal skills to create relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Self-motivated with the ability to work successfully in a semi-autonomous environment
• Ability to work in the office Monday – Friday in the office

Pay: $68,628.00 - $85,000.00 per year
