A leading real estate investment and development company with over 60 years of success is recruiting a full-time Leasing Manager for two multi-family buildings in Westchester, NY. We are seeking an energetic, well-organized professional with prior residential leasing experience. The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication skills and maintain a high degree of professionalism.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer questions, effectively communicate building amenities/features and schedule tours for prospective residents
• Assist prospective residents with the application process
• Conduct lease signings and ensure accuracy of all lease documents
• Enforce policies and maintain relationships with residents
• Request missing or additional information from residents
• Generate maintenance work orders for future and current residents
• Provide weekly and monthly property reporting
• Implement (and monitor effectiveness of) marketing and promotional initiatives
• Interact and engage with the local community by attending events and networking with area businesses and non-profit organizations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to quickly address and solve problems
• Complete special projects as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a two-year degree or a minimum of two years of residential leasing experience or relevant sales experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be able to work independently and be a team player, possess excellent organizational skills, meticulous with details, have the ability to multitask, and willing to assist both residents and property manager in various tasks associated with management duties
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must possess a high degree of professionalism and integrity
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Yardi Voyager software experience A+
• Bluemoon leasing software experience A+
• Must have valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and Saturdays
• Subject to a background check
• Salary commensurate with experience
