• Get new sales leads and prospect new clientele throughout Knoxville TN and surrounding cities in those areas.
• Will be responsible for setting appointments with potential clients
• Develop new business through existing client referrals and personal networking efforts.
• Communicate all sales and operational forecasts through planning and goal setting with company directors.
• Maintain an effective database of potential and current customers then create a solid pipeline of opportunities
• Responsible for the creation and delivery of proposals and presentations
• Maintain solid client relationships in an effort to cross-sell and up-sell to create additional opportunities
• Strive to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work from home as well as in the designated territory
• NO relocation required- Travel expense compensation discussed in the interview.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 + years’ B2B, business development experience. Must be a TRUE HUNTER. Experience within janitorial operations etc preferred.
• Prior cleaning, janitorial work, floor work preferred.
• Ability to identify the decision-maker and get deals closed
• Must have knowledge of and experience in market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
• Must be well organized and able to prioritize assignments.
• Must possess a professional personality and be professional at all times.
