Empowered Global is an electrical contractor specializing in generators, residential service work, and remodels, as well as light commercial service work in Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero, and the surrounding areas. Job summary: To educate consumers and existing clients about our company and our products in a manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable. Oversee all sales operations for the clients you serve. You will be supported through the full cycle, from lead generation to contract signing and installation planning to keep you focused on sales and client support.

Pay Scale: Base + Commission. Uncapped earning potential!

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as required

Required Qualifications

• Must pass background screens
• Valid driver's license and insurable through company insurance carrier
• 2+ years consultative sales experience
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
• Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
• Organized & timely in tasks, calls & projects
• Time and activity management skills strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Positive attitude and desire to work with people
• Highly organized, ability to prioritize and detail oriented
• Must be able to work independently
• Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in home or retail sales
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software
• Excellent judgment, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills including ability to work with individuals at all levels of management and maintain confidentiality
• Self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, and willing to work overtime as needed
• Positive, warm, empathetic to customers, business partners and employees
• Humble and eager to learn
• Generator and electrical experience preferred
