We are looking to add a full-time, Personal/Commercial Lines Insurance CSR/Agent Staff. This is a long-term full-time position. This position requires a dedicated, driven, customer-minded personality. You must be detail-oriented and do what's best for the customer. *Do not apply unless you meet the minimum requirements:* * Proven working experience in customer service in an office setting * Must have incredible phone etiquette * Have strong people skills * You must know Windows based computers, Outlook, basic office equipment, etc. * Must have a positive attitude and always put the customer first *Qualifications and Skills* Must have an active Florida Insurance Customer Service/Insurance Agent License. Bi Lingual is a plus Must have at least 2 years of prior customer service experience. Job Type: Full-time * Paid time off * Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday through Friday * Specific salary/employment terms to be negotiated before official job offer.
