Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with existing clients to prospect business opportunities
• Serve as the liaison between companies and our customers
• communicate with clients to meet their requirements.
• They are responsible for explaining the value of a product to clients.
• They strengthen client relationships through mutual trust and respect
• Addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to work with multiple small accounts or a few larger ones.
• Support the recruiting team to achieve their goals, supervise the recruiting team, hands-on when needed it
• Service new and existing businesses by visiting clients face-to-face and building long-term relationships
• Interviewing candidates and providing lists of qualified candidates to clients
• Sourcing passive candidates via online channels by phone, email, and texts
• Meeting with hiring managers to discuss their requirements and specifications for candidates
• Working with internal staff members to assist in the recruiting process from start to finish
• Maintain an accurate database by continually updating company and contact information, and providing reports and data for client analysis

Skills

• Experience with B2B sales, client relationship development, marketing
• Planning, strategic thinking, strong customer service skills
• Possess the ability to learn quickly and work unsupervised, self-motivated & ambitious
• Must pass drug testing and background checking
• Some college or technical education preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
