Precast Specialties, LLC is one of two Florida based precast concrete companies under the holding company Quantum Construction, LLC. Located in Fort Pierce Florida we are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing family of Treasure Coast employees. Job Summary

• Sales Representative will sell products, obtain contract bids and offer the services performed by Precast Specialties, LLC.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Individual will communicate with potential and current customers to identify their current service needs and educate them to our product lines.
• Maintains communications with customers to ensure that any and all issues are proactively addressed during the production process.
• Will alert customers of new products and services being offered.
• Individual will be responsible for required sales reports including but not limited to a log of service calls, orders, lost business, and any other customer or vendor relationship issues.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must have experience in sales, experience in Precast preferred
• Ability to review, interpret and following specification drawings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• High level of accountability, discipline and attention to detail
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Must be computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Office or related software.

Education and Experience

• Experience in inside or outside sales
• Preferred Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or other related field.
