Letitia Stanley Insurance Agency in the city of Tyler is looking for a licensed property & casualty insurance agent to join our growing agency. Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.

Requirements

  • Must be Property and Casualty Licensed
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24,960.00 - $47,440.00 per year
