What to Expect

The Outside Sales Representative will provide ongoing customer service and support. The sales representative will work diligently to identify leads, educate prospects on products through calls, training, and presentations, and provide existing customers with exceptional support.

Responsibilities for Sales Representative

• Be knowledgeable about the product
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
• Answer questions about the products
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Qualifications for Sales Representative

Must Have

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales as
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in selling or managing client relationships
• Ability to organize and prioritize client visits, along with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
