Responsibilities for Sales Representative

• Prospect and close new sales leads
• Schedule meetings and presentations on company products and services
• Self-motivated and willing to take on competition
• Build a pipeline of trucking company prospects to close
• Work with Account managers to onboard customers correctly, by establishing stakeholders, determining payroll frequency, driver orientation / sales method

Sales Representative Qualifications / Skills:

• Likes building residual commission
• Good communication skills
• Bold and not timid
• Value added sales approach
• Strong closer
• Must have computer skills
• trucking industry experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required

Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. We are a high energy, family oriented, faith based organization with a great culture to work in. We provide retirement benefits and health insurance.

Rate of Pay: Base plus residual commission opportunity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
