As an Inside Sales Producer, you'll confidently sell yourself to prospects over the phone. Top candidates are extroverted, coachable and disciplined. A successful Inside Sales Producer is money-driven and resilient- someone who isn't afraid to overcome objections and close sales.

Compensation: This role has a base salary with commission-earning potential. In your first year, your total income will likely be between $45,000-$50,000.

Inside Sales Producer Requirements:

• minimum 1+ years of sales experience in an environment where you were held accountable to meeting goals and earned commission
• willing to submit to a background check
• commitment to full-time hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
• reliable transportation to the office- this is an in-office role

Inside Sales Producer Responsibilities:

• 50+ outbound dials per day to warm leads
• 10+ quotes per day, leading to 3+ sales per day
• Service accounts will billing or claim issues
• Attend networking/marketing events

*Sales Producers are required to pass the state licensing exam to obtain their Property & Casualty License.*

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
