Lease Administrator/Bookkeeper

We are currently seeking a full-time Lease Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team in

Lancaster PA! Candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day Lease administration and accounting functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lease administration
• Data Entry
• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Tenant Communication
• Multiple Bank deposits and reconciliations of accounts
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Willing to be part of a team
• Proficient in accounting software (3 years minimum experience)
• 3-5 years Bookkeeping Experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office, Rent Manager a plus
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with Tenants
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $34,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lancaster, PA 17601: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
