We are looking for a talented, highly motivated Inside Sales Associate with a proven track record of success. The goal of the Inside Sales Associate position is to persuade Guests to schedule a complimentary consultation for non-invasive cosmetic services via telephone and web leads. The ideal candidate will follow the Ideal Image sales process and achieve established sales goals. You will foster and nurture positive relationships with Guests. Inside Sales Associates ensure that all procedures, practices, Guest interactions, and environmental factors unequivocally promote and achieve a favorable Guest experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Build relationships with Guests over the telephone and through web communications.
• Articulate non-invasive treatment protocols, benefits, features, and limitations to Guests.
• Schedule and confirm treatments with Guests and other Associates.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of waiting area, reception desk, and consult rooms comply with Ideal Image standards.
• Partner and collaborate with Manager, Treatment Provider, and other Associates.
• Support any center needs as it arises, to support smooth business operations (ie. Answering phones, emails, scheduling guests, center organization and cleanliness, supply management, etc.).
• Support Management team with onboarding and training new employees via knowledge sharing, shadowing and observation, etc.
• All other tasks or projects as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
