Osborne Homes was founded in 2007 by Mike Osborne, a Fresno native with its first office in Fresno. We eventually opened our second office in Orange County and through this, we're able to extend our company's reach, helping more distressed property owners. As a business, we have purchased, rehabbed, and sold over 3,000 properties in California – which consists of our primary market.

About the Opportunity:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for supporting the growth of our business by connecting with sellers. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in playing a key role by connecting with sellers, developing your skills through execution of our sales process and advancing them to our Sr. Home Specialists. Ideal candidates for this role are confident and eager to be on the phone daily as this role requires a high volume of outbound prospecting warm leads. You will have the opportunity to partner with experienced Home Specialists (Acquisitions Team) to convert leads into real estate transactions adding value to our customers and Company.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Uphold and model Osborne Homes' core values of open-mindedness, urgency, accountability, transparency, and innovation at all times
- Meet all daily and weekly metrics for phone calls made, talk time, appointments completed, offers made, and contracts obtained
- Build and maintain relationships with potential sellers and understand and speak to their pain point/s
- Develop an active pipeline of deals while establishing industry relationships and building a personal brand in real estate investment
- Remain open to mentorship by senior Home Buying Specialists to receive hands-on experience sourcing and acquiring residential properties through reviewing recorded phone appointments, role-playing, coaching, and self-improvement goals
- Complete coaching through daily huddles, weekly one-on-ones, and monthly metric reviews
- Consistently and accurately track all leads and appointments in CRM software
About You (Qualifications):
- 1 to 2 years of cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting experience
- Persuasive, communicative, and outgoing personality who remains adaptable to change
- Excellent written and verbal skills and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Highly effective communication and negotiation skills
- Highly competitive and results-driven attitude
- Ability to work within Pacific Time Zone (Business hours)
- Have a working laptop/desktop and access to reliable internet connection
Location:
This role is only open to candidates who are residents in the following states: CA, CO, WA, OR, NV, AZ, UT, ID, MT, WY, NM
Hourly range for this role in CO, CA, and WA is $15 - $25. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role is eligible for additional uncapped bonuses and incentives based on sales KPIs and goals.
