Community Association Portfolio Manager

WISHING YOU COULD LIVE IN A COLORADO MOUNTAIN TOWN? HOA Management Company in Colorado Mountain Resort is seeking a portfolio manager to manage homeowner associations in a beautiful mountain setting with two ski resorts, lakes, biking trails and much more!

We are seeking a candidate whose responsibilities include day to day management of a portfolio of association properties business, projects, and owner and board member communication. Responsibilities are wide ranging in a fast paced and supportive environment. The company utilizes state of the art software that provides easy access to budget and financial data, expedites owner and board communications, and easily tracks compliance and enforcement matters. Professionalism, cooperation, transparency, and integrity are core values.

Essential Functions:

Maintain CMCA accreditation.

Develop professional relationships with board members, owners and vendors.

Facilitate and attend board meetings, including preparation of board meeting packets and agenda.

Develop yearly budgets and review monthly financial reports.

Work with the board members to develop long term capital projects planning.

Maintain association records

Manage a staff of 3 full time support staff.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

CMCA certification

At least 3 years relevant HOA work experience

Excellent communication skills

Multitask, prioritize and problem-solving skills

Strong organization and time management skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
