Job Summary:
An Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The Inside Sales Representative must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with both prospects and customers, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Our Inside Sales Representatives receive thorough training on selling products, primarily pest control and lawn care services, from leaders who have a track record of proven success and staggering growth. Inside Sales Representative Core Responsibilities:
- Engage, consult, and close new sales opportunities through inbound calls, inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Follow up with current and former customers to sell new and additional services.
- Drive on-going market growth by moving prospects through the sales process with the intent of closing each prospect.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Sales managers, and associate team members to ensure each prospect is taken care of and that no leads are lost.
- Increase inside sales skills and experience through attending group and individual sales training led by leaders with a proven record of accomplishment.
- Solve current customer issues that our customers may inquire about.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience selling over the phone or providing customer service to residential consumers preferred, pest control experience a plus.
- Desire to learn and develop inside sales techniques and surpass expectations.
- Ambition to grow and progress in both current and future roles within the organization.
- Self-motivated and demonstrates an elevated level of work ethic.
- Possesses a high degree of professionalism and poise in interactions with prospects and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· At least two years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
