This position is for an inside sales lead coordinator in an established Real Estate firm. The position offers a base plus commission with an expected salary of $50,000 to $60,000.

- Answering phone calls quickly.

- Manage many clients/tasks at one time.

- Create and maintain agent schedules.

- Build a rapport with new leads.

- Organize and maintain follow up system.

- Take care of clients in a time sensitive manner.

- Work with a close knit group in a productive way.

- Highly organized with attention to detail.

- Ability to help match availability of inventory to client's seeking specific inventory.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The inside sales position is an integral part of the company and we are looking for someone with a good attitude that is flexible and can think on their feet.

- Multi-tasking effectively is required.

- Email and web experience necessary, work with evolving software needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
