The ideal candidate for FUSION's Business Development Manager position will be polished and professional, with an innate, outgoing, and friendly disposition. They will be familiar with brand-name technology and devices such as Apple, Bose, Samsung, and Microsoft (to name a few). They will be motivated to learn about new technology and excited to share how our FUSION can elevate our clients' technology with our innovative customization services.

Core Responsibilities:

• The Business Development Manager will routinely interact with business partners, prospective partners, and clients to expand current business relationships and identify new business opportunities within their territory.
• Responsible for developing and growing high-value accounts, partner and vendor relationships.
• Host monthly live webinars to educate and inform clients and prospective partners about FUSION's vast customization and business services.
• Frequently travel throughout their region for in-person presentations and sales opportunities and to nurture their accounts.
• Routinely meet KPIs and report goals and pipeline activity to the Sales Director.
• Utilizes Salesforce to enter lead information and request support from FUSION's internal creative team.
• Loops in Account Manager once the prospective partner or lead transitions to the next stage of the sale.
• Assist on other projects and support other business managers and staff as needed.
• Domestic travel up to 50% is required.

Essential Functions:

• Build and strengthen relationships with business partners, direct clients, other OEMs
• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.

Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Strong familiarity with technology companies such as Apple, Best Buy, Samsung, etc.
• Familiarity with mobile devices, mobile applications, and business solutions involving mobility.
• Ability to work independently.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Education and Experience

• Must have 3-4 years of experience in sales roles with in-person business-client interaction.
• B2B sales, relationship management, and a proven track record of expanding a sales/relationship network.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands and fingers in repetitive motions.
• May occasionally need to lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Compensation

Salary: $65K - $74K
