The Rob Marchand Allstate Insurance Agency is one of the largest Allstate Agencies in the state of Pennsylvania and ranked in the top 100 out of 10,000 Allstate Agencies across the nation. We want to grow even more! We are now accepting resumes for Sr. Sales Agents for our agency in Montgomeryville, PA. The position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + extensive bonus program + benefits including paid health care, dental, 401K match, and flexible work hours. We work from home 2 days per week and in the office the other 3 days for meetings and training. This is a senior position that is designed to put you on a career path to a higher level in the agency and beyond. We promote from within and want to help you achieve your goals if you are the right fit.

We offer a very competitive base salary with an aggressive commission structure. Agents earn $60K - $75K per year on average, but our top agents in the office double that as there are no caps on commissions or bonuses. We market extensively and receive a significant of INBOUND calls to quote and write new business. We need help handling these calls and writing these policies! We are looking for experienced insurance sales producers to be able to hit the ground running quickly in our agency.

Here are the traits of an ideal candidate:

• 2+ Years Experience in insurance sales with a leading insurance company
• P&C Licensed for immediate success
• Someone who has a great attitude, outgoing personality, and who "never meets a stranger"
• Strong network of potential referral partners is a huge plus
• Someone who works well with a team and loves to share ideas to help everyone improve
• A true passion for helping others
• Ability to be a closer when needed to earn sales
• Being coachable and working sales systems to maximize production
