Rayne Water of Irvine is seeking a hunter, a money motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Representative to be an integral part of our expanding sales force in the South Bay Area and Orange County areas. Sales Rep will run residential appointments in prospective customers homes, testing water, performing demonstrations while presenting to the home owner on the benefits of great water and recommending solutions from our world class line of Water Softeners, Water Conditioners, Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Systems. This position is commission only and includes a fuel allowance, cell phone and iPad, and has a huge upside for income potential.

Will represent Company at multiple Shows and Events on weekdays and weekends.

Water industry experience and home show experience is desired and moves you to the top of the list, experience with In-Home presentations/sales is also beneficial.

Training is available for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run House provided leads at customers availability, some night s and weekends will be necessary.
• Conduct an in-home analysis of the customer’s water characteristics
• Perform in-home presentations, demos and water tests
• Ability to self generate leads and appointments to supplement House provided leads
• Represent company and set appointments at Home Shows, Street Fairs and various Events
• Identify specific problems which Rayne Water can solve
• Present water treatment solutions from our portfolio of industry leading, innovative products

REQUIREMENTS: * A minimum of one year sales experience in an in-home sales environment

• A positive attitude is a must to fit into the company culture
• Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills
• Skill set as a successful go-getter and closer
• Self-starter who understands the importance of good customer service
• Ability to self-generate leads and work Home Shows, Street Fairs & Events
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and your own transportation

Pay: $20,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
