Currently, there is an opportunity within our group to take over the management and maintenance of a 40+ unit apartment unit community. This position would handle leasing, LIHTC certifications and compliance, all other management tasks, as well as the maintenance, turn-overs, and emergency needs of this property. We hope to find someone with a strong drive, who will work diligently to make this property look amazing, address residents' concerns, and be a bright spot in our team.
