Full description of the position

As a Sales Solution Architect on our Sales team your core responsibilities will include:


  • Conduct online demonstrations of Upper Hand software to inbound warm leads

  • Manage a pipeline of prospective customers; leading them to become a customer of Upper Hand

  • Work alongside other sales team members to consistently improve processes to drive up sales activity conversion rates

  • Manage a pipeline of new customer opportunities and onboarding of sold customers

  • Help transition your new customers to educational resources for ongoing support and training

  • A passion for sports, business and technology

  • An extremely strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to excel at online presentations and present oneself in a professional manner

  • A strong ability to simplify complex technical problems in easy to understand solutions

  • An understanding of business models and how to provide technical assistance to align software to customer needs

  • Basic understanding for sales metrics, terminology, processes

  • Basic knowledge of CRM software

  • Experience from direct sales of 2-3 years minimum

  • A competitive drive and desire to win

Compensation:
  • $45,000 to $55,000 base + commission
