Your Responsibilities

● Communicate with customers through phone calls, text messages, and email

● Market your real estate services

● Establish and execute a business plan based your custom Agent Success Plan

● Analyze local and national market trends

● Participate in a development and accountability program

● Learn the ways of the Affluent Agent (sharpen your investment skills)

● Define your competitive advantage

● Guide and advise home sellers and buyers with the sale and purchase of their homes

● Present our benefits and services to prospective customers in order to drive and close sales

● Take ownership of a CRM

● Complete various sales and administrative tasks

● Manage leads and coordinate with other team members

● Draft real estate documents

● Sell, sell, sell! (not in the pushy salesman kind of way – but coming from a place of passion and service)

Skills/Qualifications

● Licensed real estate agent (if you do not have a license, we can walk you through that process)

● Ability to sell (previous experience in sales)

● Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, various CRM’s, online tools/applications)

● Coachable and eager to learn

● Results-driven

● Skilled communicator, ability to connect with people

● Energized by interacting with others

● Desire to serve, embodies great customer service

● Personable

● Energetic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
