Job Summary

David's Abbey Carpet & Floors is seeking a candidate for a full time sales position. Job includes great benefits, a family run atmosphere and the reward of helping others make their dreams come true in their home or commercial project. As a candidate you must be willing to divide your work time between showroom floor, home visits, prospecting for new clients and networking within the community. For 50 years we have been helping East TN in completing new homes, remodels, and commercial projects using Tile, Carpet, Hardwood, LVT & Area Rugs. Responsibilities and Duties

Help customers with their flooring needs

Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible

Provide in-home measures and bids for customers

Enter customer information and materials into the software system

Actively manage quotes and pending files to close transactions

Explain the use and advantage of products to customers

The desire to learn and grow

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in retail sales

Interior Design Degree a plus

Tech Savvy in Word, Outlook, Excel

RFMS program a plus

Proven ability in creating, relating and maintaining client relationships

Proactive, service-oriented, motivated and goal driven

Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
