ZIEHL-ABEGG is looking for a meticulous and well-versed Sales & Reporting Analyst experienced in collecting, analysis, and reporting of sales-related data to increase the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Sales teams.

Sales & Reporting Analyst

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Maintain, create, & develop new or existing sales analysis reports which include but are not limited to:

Territory sales
Product sales
Finished goods inventory.
Price Development
Exchange rates
General Ledger reconciliations
Assist in monthly close processes:
Confirmation of balances
Group Reporting (IDL)

• Sales Tax Compliance
• Assist in year-end closing process
• Provide year-end audit support
• Ad-Hoc support & deputy activities as needed

Job Requirements:

• Moderate to high level skill in MS Excel
• Detail oriented individual
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Intermediate Math skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to communicate across multiple levels and divisions of the organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
• 1-3 years of experience in related role
• Understanding of business processes and best practices
• Ability to sit for entirety of shift and work on computer
• Minimal lifting, bending and stooping as required
• Flexibility to work overtime as requested
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to focus on relevant work for entirety of shift
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
