WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Available Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm (overtime varies based on location)
• Ready to succeed in professional attire
• Punctuality
• Have reliable transportation (own vehicle)
• Attend all mandatory meeting
• Attend daily meetings via zoom with your team to provide expectations and discuss any questions/concerns
• Manage daily and weekly inventory
• Prior management or sales experience with steady work history preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills
• Be determined to meet goals and take accountability for goals
• Be flexible to work other locations in the area based on business needs

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Engage directly with customers to inform them about the Lifeline /ACP program and assist with the completion of applications for a free cell phone service.
• Work face-to-face with customers inside of a grocery store and build excellent rapport, while enhancing your customer service and sales skills.
• Set up and operate inside of a grocery store location.
• Gain a complete understanding of the Lifeline /ACP industry through our comprehensive, one on one training program, this includes Lifeline /ACP program history, customer enrollment training, problem resolution, and crowd control.
• You are expected to do a minimum of 50 activations per week
• Complete all compliance requirements for the Lifeline /ACP program and maintain our customer-first, zero-tolerance, fraud prevention standards.
• Maintain security over all property including but not limited to phones.

WHAT YOU CAN MAKE -- WHAT WE PAY AND WHEN

• You’re compensated for every approved activation with bonus opportunities.
• Based on your performance there may be enhanced compensation.
• You are paid WEEKLY via ACH into your bank account
• Our average Community Sales Leaders make $1,500-$2,000+ weekly
• This is a PERFORMANCE based job

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lexington, VA 24450: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
