Looking for experience tax credit/Leasing Consultants to join our leasing team for the Richmond, Oakland and surrounding areas. The available position is full time with special recognition incentives, annual appreciation and paid time off. Must be able to: ● Provide white glove customer service ● Have a positive attitude and a good sense of humor ● Problem solve ● Pay attention to details ● Confidently utilize computer, mobile, and touch screen devices ● Provide strong communication skills ● Strong sales techniques and abilities ● Work weekends Responsibilities and Duties: ● Touring and/or assisting in self-guided tours for prospective residents around the apartment community, apartment models and/or vacant available apartments. ● Responding to prospective resident inquiries submitted from various online sources. Managing all customer communication within our customer relationship management software. ● Monitoring our competition and local rental market. ● Building positive relationships with surrounding businesses and vendors. ● Assist in marketing and advertising using a variety of media, including outside marketing, video content and social media. ● Assist with all office tasks, daily functions, customer retention, resident questions and concerns. ● Processing digital applications, preparing e-signature for leases and lease renewals, following up with traffic and working alongside with the maintenance team. ● Assisting in the planning and execution of resident events throughout the year. ● Assist other employees and management to complete community tasks including picking up around the property and ensuring regularly touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:
