Los Angeles Sales Executive

Three Way Logistics, Inc. is a leading full-service logistics provider; supporting our customers with specialized services including warehousing, trucking, crating and machinery moving. Our company focuses on capital equipment moves including semiconductor, aerospace, medical markets. Our team is energetic and experienced to support growth in Texas.

Job Type: Full-time, Base pay plus commission

Pay:$65,000 - $75,000

Position Summary

The Southern California Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving maximum sales, profitability, and growth within the Southern California. The sales representative will focus on full-service logistics solutions which includes distribution, local and long-haul transportation, machinery moving/rigging, etc.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain new business relationships within the market.
• Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to prospective customers.
• Weekly account check-in via phone, email, or face to face meeting.
• Maintain pipeline 40% above sales goals.
• Develop and participate in quarterly business reviews of accounts.
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
• Create and provide written proposals for prospective customers.
• Coordinate sales effort with Norwalk operations team to meet service needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ year’s logistics experience
• 2+ year’s sales experience with record of exceeding sales goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)
• Experience working with customer relationship management software
• Excellent communication skills
• Driven and highly self-motivated.
• Strong logistics or machinery moving industry knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Schedule

• Employee will be required to work a minimum of forty (40) hours of per week or as many hours as it may take to perform above job duties. Schedule may vary based on business demands and will require a combination of office hours and potential for work performed after hours and/or weekends.
• Employee’s office will reside in Norwalk, CA
• Employee may be required to travel for training or customer meetings.
