About us

Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is looking for an energetic Property Manager to join our Evansville, Indiana team. We have a culture of teamwork, cooperation with other team members, and a family atmosphere that sets us apart.

Responsibilities include:

• Professional and friendly customer service.
• Collection of rents and preparation of receipts and late notices.
• Compose correspondence and documents; Answer phones and greet residents in a professional manner.
• Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants and representatives of other companies.
• Maintain all residents files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all paperwork and documentation
• Maintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins, ensuring all move-in appointments are completed and all apartments inspected and compliant with established standards prior to move-in.
• Coordinate daily activity of Maintenance Team.

Qualities Desired In Successful Candidate:

• High school education or equivalent is required; college degree is a plus but not a requirement.
• One year minimum experience in residential property management or related field is preferred.
• Strong Organizational Skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills, especially in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Property management: 2 years (Required)
