Job Description

Position: Independence Warehouse and Technical/Sales Support Assistant

Primary Duties:

• Support warehouse functions.
• Assist with quotes.
• Assist with requests for sales functions such as replies to emails for documents, manuals, technical specifications and questions, marketing materials, etc.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Fulfill orders.
• Pack, unpack equipment for shipping and preparation for trade shows and visitors.
• Operate forklift.
• Manufacture blue hoses and other accessories.
• Support service manager with service duties.
• Set up equipment for demos in the warehouse when necessary.
• Make repairs to equipment at the direction of the service manager.
• Office duties as needed.

Competences:

• Good computer skills
• Microsoft 365

• Electromechanical experience preferred.
• Industrial electrical.

• Mechanical abilities.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good manufacturing practices).
• Industrial food manufacturing experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
