Alpha Structural is the #1 Foundation and Structural Repair company in Los Angeles. We have been in business nearly 30 years and are the best at what we do. We have been expanding very fast and are branching out to Orange County immediately -- you can grow with us!

We are looking for field Structural Assessors. We need you to diagnose and design the appropriate structural repairs for different circumstances (residential, commercial/industrial).
We have HOT leads, our in-house Marketing and Appointment Scheduling department will schedule and make all your appointments for you.

Responsibilities

• Investigating, diagnosing, and recommending solutions for failed foundations, structural retrofitting, retaining walls, soft-story retrofits and other structural repairs
• Crawling underneath homes, walking through buildings, and inspecting tight/small spaces for structural deficiencies
• Creating reports/observation letters on structural findings
• Creating bids and contracts for work to hit a quota of projects sold
• Coordinating with our in-house engineering and construction teams and 3rd party vendors

Hands-on construction experience is required.
You will be trained in our structural specialties regarding foundations, structural upgrades and soft-story retrofitting that we have been delivering for almost 30 years.

Alpha Structural, Inc is a General Engineering Contractor with in-house Structural Engineers and CAD Drafting, Permitting Departments and 30 experienced in-house crews to deliver the structural construction solutions.

MUST BE PHYSICALLY ABLE TO FULLY INSPECT PROPERTIES INCLUDING UNDER-HOUSE CRAWL SPACES.

Must own your own vehicle and have a valid driver's license.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay potential: over $200k per year

Pay: $52,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
