Full description of the position

Sales Analyst II

Founded in 1998, TwinMed has since risen to become one of the United States' largest full-line medical supply distributors. Our distribution centers serve skilled nursing, assisted living, home care, hospice, and DME providers nationwide.

Job Summary

As a Sales Analyst II, you will coordinate with account managers and sales leadership to develop RFP/RFQ proposal documents following brand standards.

Reporting to the RFP Team Lead, you will confer with other internal teams to ensure complete, accurate content and maximize business opportunities.

This position requires strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage all aspects of proposal creation, including response, format, editing, and updating the project queue daily, and meet all proposal deadlines.
  • Coordinate RFP review meetings with the Sales team to identify areas of opportunity, clarify sales strategy specific to the proposal, and partner opportunities where necessary.
  • Provide accurate, thorough, completed RFP draft presentation to appropriate parties and final proposals/sales presentations to Account Managers as required
  • Attends and participates in internal meetings and training
  • Provides additional support to Management, as needed
  • Maintenance of content repository; including adding new data and updating existing content
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Qualifying Experience & Required Skills

  • 3+ years’ experience in RFP or proposal experience required
  • Outstanding time management skills, organizing a high-volume workload, and tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in effective listening- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points, asking questions as appropriate
  • Critical Thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strength and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Proficient in using essential office software, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
