COO/Treasury Change Management Office works closely with stakeholders to define, drive and execute end-to-end process design and implementation efforts across Treasury activities, which span global Treasury groups, Finance functions, infrastructure partners in EIO&T and business partners in ICG and PBWM. The team leads Treasury’s all internal reviews to identify priorities, coordinate efforts and track progress, and define and implement best practices.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Business Treasury, Legal Entity Treasury, International Treasury as well as Business and Risk Functions to deliver capabilities and solutions for resource and risk management:

• Explore and define problems
• Identify appropriate approaches and resources to solve problems
• Work with operations and technology on solutions implementation including development of business requirements (BRDs), architecture considerations and testing
• Contribute to and support multiple cross-Treasury and cross-Group projects as Project Manager and/or as Business Analyst
• Facilitate working groups and provide oversight of milestones to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables

Required Qualifications:

Core

• 8+ years of experience in Risk Management, Treasury or other relevant functions at a financial institution
• Extensive program/project management experience
• Understanding of financial products and services
• Strong conceptual thinking
• Ability to constructively challenge and influence stakeholder opinions

Preferred

• Capital and liquidity management concepts and measurements
• Process design experience
• Quantitative background and practical knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
• Knowledge of accounting standards

Education:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED, advanced degree is a plus
