• Medicare sales experience (PREFERRED)
• Health & Life Insurance licenses (PREFFERED)
• Experience using Microsoft Office products and web-based CRM systems (REQUIRED)
• The ability to communicate well both in person and in writing
• A commitment to following up with clients, partners, and anyone else we work with

Want some more specifics? If you join our team, here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Explain features, advantages, and disadvantages of Medicare insurance products, including Medicare supplement, advantage, final expense, and other ancillary plans to promote sales and fit the needs of the client
• Call on clients to deliver and explain policies and Medicare strategies
• Meet with prospective clients to assist with their goals and needs
• Network to generate and build prospective client list
• Assist in the coordination of various marketing strategies, including workshops
• Identify potential cross-sell opportunities and provide referrals to our financial advisors
• Perform sales and administrative tasks, as required
