Wingate Management is looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to assist in the management of a portfolio of four properties in Providence, North Providence, and Woonsocket.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Recertifications
• HAP Billing
• Special Claims
• TRACS
• EIV
• Invoice Processing
• Waitlist Management
• Rent Collection/delinquency
• Recertifications

Candidate must be able to multi-task, have excellent organizational and communication skills both verbal and written along with strong computer skills.

Previous Property Management experience with Section 8 and/or LIHTC is required. Knowledge of OneSite and bilingual is a plus!
