Precision of New Hampton/KC Trans Parts is seeking an outgoing, high-energy, and multi-tasking individual to become part of our TEAM.

The Parts Counter Sales isnot your ordinary position. This position is responsible for many daily task and projects, beyond selling. From answering phones and walk-in orders, Accounts Receivable, Parts Ordering, Parts Warehousing, to daily projects across variety of responsibilities Growth opportunities are available too!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Retail focus – Customer Relationship
• Solicit sale of new or additional parts or services.
• Utilizes computer system for entering and updating customer orders, maintaining accurate inventory, and closing invoices to customer.
• Strong data entry skills are a must.
• Communicating with customer in person, and over the phone
• Handle all walk-in front counter parts sales
• Answer all parts phone calls
• Handle/resolve inventory issues at the location

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,& ABILITIES:

• Not afraid of hard work
• Must have the ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Must have strong organization and multi-tasking skills
• Enter information into multiple screens
• Able to lift 50 lbs + throughout the day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
